Implementing Change involves full-scale implementation of H.E.A.T., classroom walkthroughs, and collaborative learning environments with special emphasis on differentiated instruction. Sustaining Independence focuses on designing 21st Century assessments, expanding teachers' repertoire of instructional strategies, and refining a sustainable cycle of continuous improvement.
